No the Shepherd’s Rod does not have any material specifically published for young children. However, we have found that it is possible to teach them the symbols of the message by using the Rod study charts. They can very easily identify the meaning of the stone, mountain, different colored horses, etc. You can have them memorize the appropriate scriptures that identify these symbols. Also you can try to acquire some older SDA materials for children which are less prone to be filled with cunningly devised fables. For example, copies of the Youth Instruction periodical are available from the GC archives all the way back to its beginning in 1852. Each issue can be downloaded as a PDF which can be saved on a portable storage device and printed out somewhere where you can access a computer with a printer. Here is the link below.
