Thank you for your prayers. We are not likely to stop this latest assault because we have no resources to defend the motion via legal counsel. I am answering pro se, which is almost impossible to do adequately.

As I have studied the SOP and Bible, I find evidence that ALL Seventh-day Adventist Church members are accountable with their leaders. There are TWO plaintiffs in this “civil inquisition” — the GC Corp. of SDA and the SDA Church association (representing the world church).

“If God abhors one sin above another, of which His people are guilty, it is doing nothing in case of an emergency. Indifference and neutrality in a religious crisis is regarded of God as a grievous crime and equal to the very worst type of hostility against God.” (3T 281)

The General Conference of SDA continues to persecute the CSDA via website confiscation. The latest development was the loss of our domain names for our main church site and humanitarian services site in Uganda. We are now using a fixed IP with server in foreign countries to delay the inevitable — expectation of some international ban on our name and web content.

Much as transpired since this news article. The loudcry.eu web site was dismantled via the General Conference efforts. I was incarcerated 30 days, and Lucan Chartier served 10 days behind bars.
